This document is a legal agreement between Markera OÜ, business@mymarkera.com (“Markera”) and you (“You”) and concerns your use of the TL;DR Document Summariser Google Workspace Editor Add-on (the “Add-on”). By using the Add-on, You agree to the following terms and conditions. If You do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Add-on.
You may use the Add-on only in accordance with the Google Workspace Marketplace policies. You are responsible for your own use of the Add-on, and for any consequences thereof. You agree to use the Add-on only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Add-on by any third party. Such restriction and inhibition includes, without limitation, conduct which is unlawful, or which may harass or cause distress or inconvenience to any person, and the transmission of obscene or offensive content or disruption of normal flow of dialogue within the Add-on.
Markera makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Add-on or its operation. The Add-on is provided “as is” and “as available”, and Markera disclaims any and all warranties, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and any warranties that may arise from course of dealing, course of performance, or usage of trade. Markera does not warrant that the Add-on will meet your requirements or that the operation of the Add-on will be uninterrupted or error-free.
In no event shall Markera be liable for any damages of any kind, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, interruption of business, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use the Add-on, or the performance or non-performance of the Add-on, even if Markera has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Markera reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time, without notice. Any such changes shall be effective immediately. Your continued use of the Add-on following any such changes constitutes your agreement to be bound by the terms of the revised Terms of Service.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to the principles of conflicts of law. You agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.
